The "World" series should encompassed....... the world and not just Las Vegas! Also many of the titles won by the players you mention came when just a couple of players entered the tournament before the 2000 boom. It has been online poker that has saved the WSOP and people like Annette Obrestad can only be good for the long term survival of the game.
