Well after my pathetic tourney play yesterday at commerce, i felt i needed to refine my skills a bit today at the poker table, so i play hookey with my afternoon appts and went to play in the nooner at Hawaiian Gardens.
$20 entry and $10 multi rebuys, $10,000 guranantee. For a prize pool over $21,000.

I did one rebuy and one add on, so a total of $40 for me, plus one cheese burger and two drinks.
I never had a monster stack, but i held my own and played good solid poker. winning when i should have and folding when i should have. they paid 27 places, i came in 18th and won $200!
I was happy with that considering i was never super lucky or had any great suck outs or had any massive stack like some others who went out before me.
any ways it was fun and more than anything i was happy to sit and play poker for 5 hours un-interupted. well my errands are not done…
